Tom Turkey is a talkative bird, and he’ll gobble in your ear all day. He is generally happy, but he gets a little bit nervous at holiday dinners, so please seat him next to a child who will give him lots of hugs. This pattern is suitable for a confident beginner and will look great in Thanksgiving and Christmas fabrics. Required Supplies: Body Fabric - 13" x 32" wide. Wing Fabric - 5" x 19" wide. Head Fabric - 8½" x 12" wide. Tail Fabric - 11" x 27" wide. Batting - 12" x 14½" wide. Red(Foot) Fabric - 12" x 16" wide. Felt - 3½" x 2½" wide. Craft Eyes - 15mm or ⅝" brown eyes. Homework: Have all of your pattern pieces cut and marked with all letters, lines, dots and stars. Please bring your machine with a coordinating thread and a 1/4" seam foot. Bring pins, fine gauge and shorter are best. I use poly-fil to fill all of my stuffies and we have this available at the shop. Bring a turning tool to help push out small corners like a chopstick.
