This November, our eleventh Stuffie is Socks the Sitting Cat! Below you will find you requirements. (This stuffie has LOTS of pieces! This is an ADVANCED stuffie class!) HOMEWORK: Please have pattern pieces cut from fabric prior to class. Take copies of your original pattern. You might like to glue the pattern pieces to cardboard so you can reuse the pattern over and over again! Also have ALL markings transferred to the WRONG side of fabric pieces. This includes lines, dots, letters and placement marks. PATTERN: Available at Stitched in Schertz RECOMMENDED FABRICS: The cat toy can be sewn with most fabrics. I used quilting cottons but stretch fabrics like fleece or minky would be nice and snuggly! Just know that cotton will be easier to sew! SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: Main Fabric -12" x 43" Contrast Fabric (White) - 10" x 21½" Ear Fabric (Pink) - 4" x 6" Felt (for nose) - 1" x 1¾" 12mm (½ inch ) craft eyes ½ inch Ribbon (collar) - 12" long Embroidery thread (for sewing mouth and toes) Your machine/cord/foot pedal (unless you have requested to use one of our machines.) Fabric Scissors Pins/Binding Clips Fabric Marking Pen Poly-Fil or similar stuffing Seam Ripper Coordinating Thread Stiletto Turning Point Any other supplies you might like to have for this project
