Fast and Fun Friday is a once-a-month class that will use an easy pattern. This is a great class for any level of quilter but is particularly good for those just starting out. Please make sure your machine is in good working order, you have a good 1/4" seam technique down and know basic cutting with a rotary cutter, acrylic ruler and mat. Required for class: Cat City Pattern (FREE if you purchase the kit from Stitched in Schertz) Fabric Required by Pattern Your choice of starch product (if you are unsure, visit Stitched in Schertz and let one of our team members help you!) Machine in good working order with a 1/4" seam allowance There is room at your table for a portable pressing and cutting station if you'd like to set up at your table. We do have cutting and pressing stations to share but bringing your own will avoid a lot of waiting. HOMEWORK: Just have all of your fabric selected and bring to class. Anissa will give you cutting instructions during class. Make sure you have your basic sewing supplies! This includes: Coordinating Thread Rotary Cutter, Acrylic Ruler (6" x 24" and 6"x 12"), and Mat Portable Pressing Station Seam Ripper Pins Your Favorite Starch Product Anything else you like to have when piecing!
